Using the biohacking framework (covering the 8 pillars: sleep, energy, brain, mood, body, health, relationships, and environment), we will evaluate and rate each area of your life to determine where you need the most support. This helps to prioritise which aspects to focus on throughout the program.

This 3-month program focuses on empowering you to biohack your life and make essential lifestyle changes.

  • 1 x 60-minute initial coaching session
  • 2 x 30-minute coaching sessions per month
  • Weekly accountability check-ins

Month 1

Personalised Health Assessment

We’ll use Shae.ai/ph360 to analyse your genetic expression, phenotype, and chronotype to tailor recommendations around nutrition, movement, and sleep. This will serve as the blueprint for your personalised health plan, addressing gut health, hormone balance, and more.

Nutrition for Gut Health & Energy

Personalised dietary recommendations based on your test results and genetic profile will help optimise digestion, stabilise energy, and promote long-term health. We’ll use the insights from testing and the ph360 platform to adjust nutrient intake and meal timing.

Optimising Sleep for Recovery

Leveraging your chronotype, we’ll implement strategies to enhance sleep quality and recovery. Biohacks like light exposure, meal timing, and supplements will be introduced to support deeper, restorative sleep.

Optional Comprehensive Testing

For those who want deeper health insights, we offer optional testing including:

  • Biometric Testing to analyse key health metrics.
  • Microbiome Testing to understand gut health and its impact on overall wellness.
  • Genetic Testing to uncover predispositions and optimise health choices based on your DNA.

Based on the results from your assessments and optional testing in Month 1, we’ll develop a customised biohacking plan tailored to your unique biology and goals. This plan will cover sleep, nutrition, gut health, stress management, and energy optimisation, aligned with your specific phenotype and health data from ShaeWellness/ph360.

Cognitive Biohacks

This month will focus on enhancing cognitive function with biohacks like nootropics, stress management techniques, and personalised mental performance strategies. We’ll use your health data to support focus, memory, and mental clarity.

Longevity Strategies & Cellular Health

With the insights from your biological age testing, we’ll focus on biohacks that promote cellular longevity, such as NAD+ therapy, mitochondrial health, and anti-inflammatory diets. These strategies will be personalised to support long-term vitality and slow the ageing process.

Month 3

Gut-Supportive Supplements & Practices

Incorporating personalised supplements, probiotics, and digestive strategies based on your microbiome test results will be key to supporting gut health and overall wellbeing.

Energy Management & Stress Resilience

Using the data from the optional tests and ShaeWellness, we’ll focus on sustaining energy levels and improving stress resilience. This will include habit stacking, movement, and nutrition hacks to maintain peak performance.

Your Biohacking Routine

In the final month, we will integrate all the biohacks into a sustainable, longterm routine. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan to maintain optimal health, backed by cutting-edge testing and personalised insights.
