12-Week Duration

Part 1

GLWS Leader Wellbeing Survey

(15 minutes to complete)

A world-renowned tool for assessing burnout and leader wellbeing. This survey uses a multi-dimensional framework to address the silent wellbeing detractors that leaders face daily.
Leaders will be asked questions across six well being domains within the working and living well framework to assess their current state of wellbeing and identify any signs of burnout.

Part 2

De-brief of Wellbeing Report

(90 minutes)

Together we will extract the key learnings from your survey, understanding the wellbeing domains that need the most focus.

Part 3

Personalised Wellbeing Plan

(90 minutes)

Armed with the data and insights, we can put together a tailored plan that suits your current mental and physical health at work and at home, with a plan to optimise all areas of your wellbeing.
