Camilla’s Winter Immune Support Elixir

OMG So many people are getting sick! ! It’s time to look after your immune system, I swear by my Immune Support Elixir. A get you through Winter Tonic with all the health benefits of Turmeric Root, Garlic, Ginger Root, Black Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Coconut Oil, Lemon Rind & Juice of a Lemon, finish with a spoonful of Manuka Honey.

Super Easy – Chuck it all in a pan and boil it up!

Take the skin off the Ginger, Garlic, and Turmeric and cut it into pieces, you can do it roughly, put it in a pan, add half a teaspoon of black pepper & cinnamon, a teaspoon of coconut oil, a few splashes of apple cider vinegar and some boiling water, boil for 60mins.

You can also add some fresh Thyme or Rosemary to spice it up!

Do not drink boiling, add Manuka Honey at the end, one teaspoon. Watch the ginger late at night as it can be a stimulant
