“Two game changing health interventions that have positively impacted my health, brain function, and energy levels this year”

Would you like more energy, better memory, a stronger immune system and to feel like you’re firing on all cylinders?

I’m here to share a couple of ways to do this. Please note this is my experience and may not necessarily be everyones. Always consult a health professional for personalised advice.

But I can say wholeheartedly, for the first time in a long time, I am firing on all cylinders. I have more energy and clarity than I’ve had in years (maybe ever). I don’t get an afternoon slump anymore.

My memory is better, my brain is lit up and functioning in the most incredible way. I’m feeling creative, inspired to write again, developing new business concepts, and full of ideas.

My immune system is stronger and I have more stamina and strength when exercising.

So what am I doing differently? Have I found the secret elixir to anti-aging?

  • I’m taking NMN daily in the morning.
  • I’m having regular IV vitamin infusion drips

Once we hit 40, we start producing less NAD+ molecules which play a key role in cellular metabolism and energy production. This decline has been linked to a variety of age-related diseases.

NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide, yes what a mouthful, let’s stick with NMN) is a molecule that has gathered a lot of attention for its potential anti-aging effects. It is a precursor to NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). Let’s just go with the abbreviations 🙂

There is evidence to suggest that NMN supplementation helps raise NAD+ levels, potentially offering anti-aging benefits.

And I can tell you it has worked for me and my clients & friends who are now taking it.

I first heard about NMN & NR through the work of Dr. David Sinclair on his podcast, Lifespan. He has pioneered most of the research into NAD therapy and rigorously tested supplementation to increase NAD levels.

I take NMN in a powder form but there are other ways you can do it. Some tablets can be hard to absorb so I normally go with the liquid option.

You can also get IV drips of NAD to boost your levels. I recommend consulting with an integrative Dr or nurse who administers IV. There are also compounds with NR & Reservertol.

Some potential benefits of NMN supplementation include:

1. Improved cellular metabolism: NAD+ is involved in many cellular processes, including energy production and DNA repair. By raising NAD+ levels, NMN could potentially improve overall cellular metabolism and function.

2. Improved cardiovascular health: Studies in mice have suggested that NMN supplementation could help improve cardiovascular health by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress.

3. Improved cognitive function: Some studies have suggested that NMN supplementation could improve cognitive function in mice, potentially by increasing blood flow to the brain and reducing oxidative stress.

4. Improved insulin sensitivity: NMN supplementation has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in some studies, which could help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.

It’s important to note that much more research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits of NMN supplementation in humans and to determine the optimal dosage and long-term safety of the supplement. If you are considering taking NMN, it’s always a good idea to speak with your doctor or naturopath first.

I also highly recommend IV vitamin infusions, they have become very popular in recent years because they can offer a range of health benefits. I’ve been having the Myers cocktail infusion which is high-dose vitamin C, B, and magnesium. It’s amazing! They need to be administered by a nurse who specialises in vitamin infusions.

Some potential benefits include:

1. Improved hydration – IV vitamin infusions can help to hydrate the body quickly in cases of dehydration or after intense physical activity.

2. Increased energy levels – IV vitamin infusions can provide an energy boost by replenishing nutrients and vitamins that are essential for cellular energy production.

3. Improved immune system function – IV vitamin infusions can provide a boost to the immune system through the addition of vitamins and minerals that support immune function.

4. Reduced stress and anxiety – IV vitamin infusions can help to reduce stress and anxiety by providing the body with nutrients that support the production of neurotransmitters that regulate mood.

5. Faster recovery from illnesses and injuries – IV vitamin infusions can speed up the recovery process by providing the body with the nutrients it needs to heal quickly and efficiently.
